In other words, they are people who turned out specifically to vote for Trump. They like his "against" rhetoric - against the establishment, against politicians against anybody not white. Yes, they are racists, but not in the traditional anti-black sense - they dislike anybody who is not like them.
A good analysis. It doesn't matter that the entire media is blatantly against Trump, there is a certain class of people who are going to vote for him no matter that the news media and the Republican "establishment" thinks. You are right, they are not Republicans, they are Americans who are fed up with how "everything" is going in their country.
