Better not post anything on this forum in favor of letting women drive cars in Saudi Arabia. According to their Interior Ministry, you could go to jail for five years for violating Saudi Arabia's laws against online political dissent.

The government of Saudi Arabia announced today that the Saudi police would be cracking down on anyone who even dares to suggest, online or otherwise, that women be allowed to drive cars. Such online comments are grounds for immediate arrest for "disturbing the public order."

In addition, Sheikh Saleh Al-Loheidan, a leading Saudi cleric, warned that driving cars damages women's ovaries. He says it's not only a religious mandate, but it's also a proven medical fact.

Now that you know, I hope all you women everywhere in the world will stop driving before you do yourself harm.

And watch what you say about women's rights online. You could end up in a Saudi jail for a long long time.
