So far, all it's done is get Obama to cancel an important trip to talk to Russian president Putin because neither of the two presidents wants to lose face. What about their planned discussion about the ongoing violence in Syria? What about their planned discussion about the Palestinian peace talks? This is not leadership. It's just silly posturing.
