They don't need your compassion, if that's really what it is instead of a pious act, theyre making too much money harassing people panhandling. I heard some of them make a hundred thousand a year begging for their so called "loose change."

: If you are defining anyone who is compassionate about their fellow man as a bleeding heart liberal, then I guess I'd rather be that instead of whatever you are.

: : Bla bla bla. More bleeding heart liberal pap. A book about them? who cares? They wouldn't be homeless if they'd go out and get a job.

: : : I just read that more than 3,000 men, women, and children died homeless on the streets of Los Angeles (my home town) in the last few years. With all the new best-selling books about the consequences of the current man-made recession, I wonder if anybody is working on a book about that?
