I'm not sure if it's an end of year thing, but I have noticed a lot more agencies saying they are not accepting queries at all. Maybe it's more about the current state of the fiction publishing "industry."
: This week, at her blog, Rachelle Gardner, (http://www.rachellegardner.com/) said she will not be accepting queries until January. I wonder how common this is. Would we be wasting our time sending out queries this time of year?
